Our client, who is engaged in conducting sociological and marketing research, needed an effective system to automate the processing of questionnaires. The main task was to develop a solution that would recognize completed questionnaires, analyze responses and provide detailed statistics and correlations based on survey results. We have created an AI-based system capable of performing these tasks with high accuracy and speed.

Solution
We have developed a system based on text recognition (OCR) and machine learning technologies. The system scans the completed questionnaires, recognizes and interprets the answers, automatically extracting the data. These data are then analyzed, and based on the results, statistical reports are created and correlations between different responses are identified. The system allows users to quickly access detailed analytical reports and gain a deeper understanding of survey results.
